Obvious juxtaposition of long stanzas and short comments/qualifiers/etc. to mix up the rhythm, and lots of repetition, like the many breaths and minutes and hours and days and months and years you count as you wait for something that's truly worth it. My analysis, at any rate. The last two stanzas are my faves, btw.
