This was fantastic. I'm relatively new to the fanfiction / shipping side of this franchise, and this was basically exactly what I've been looking for in terms of a well-written, in-character story with all the drama and wit of the films. I especially enjoyed the cameo from Barbossa.. second-favourite character other than James, so thank you for this. All of this!
