A good plotline. Some of the prose seems a bit rushed, but it's nice anyway. My only suggestion is that you resolve it-either have the Doctor find a way to restore Donna, or show that she is there for eternity.

Unless you plan on a sequel, of course...

It's all gorgeous and moody and existential. It's crying out for a third act. A denouement of SOME sort. You've got her frozen and him guilt-ridden. Now what? Beautifully done.

i love it. (Big fan of Doctor-Donna.) It's got nice structure and pacing. You seem to have a good grasp of whovian logic, (as well as the illogical holes in it.) I'm curious to see where you take it. It is particularly well voiced. Lovely.

You have to write more of this, i absolutely love it! The writing is fantastic :D
