Someone on Reddit recommended this story to me, telling me it was their all time favorite DP fanfic. So I started reading and I just couldn't stop.
How you made Phantom Planet work in this story is beyond me, but this story is so we'll written and so... Amazing, I just can't explain how much I love this.
The relationships between the characters, the plot, the structure of the story, everything works so well together and I'm just... I really have no words to express how much I love this.
I had to take a break every two chapters because of how emotional the story made me feel, even though I didn't want to stop reading for even a second. I just stayed up all night and finished reading the last 20 chapters, and I'm just so happy. I love the headcanons, the relationships, everything. I have no complains whatsoever. Well, maybe one. You could have named the baby "Idan", after the grandma. It's a known boy's Jewish name and it means "era", which could have shown they are entering a new era. It's just the first boy's name I could think about when I saw the name Ida, but it's really not a big deal.
I think this story just became my favorite DP fanfic. Like, how Dani sacrificed herself was so in character for her, and it got me so exited but also so scared for her. And how Danny and Valerie are her parents? I've never heard of this headcanon before but I'm so in love with it now.

Well, that's all I have to say, really. It's an amazing story and the one that recommended it to me also told me to read "Infinite Potential" so I'm so gonna read it next :)

This story was one of the best I've ever read. I couldn't put it down. The non-linear storytelling was executed perfectly and I just had to know what happened next.
Spoilers: you had me convinced Danny was going to be dead/die the whole time. I was on the edge of my seat. I cant wait to see what else you've written. Thanks for creating this masterpiece!

My heart this whole chapter got me. I’m physically not okay. I love this story so much.

This was such a great chapter. I love all the feels. I’m kinda rooting for tucker and Valerie to work it out. I wanna know what happened to Danny I hope it will be revealed soon.

Okay so I love this story a lot. The past few chapters have made me really emotional. I love seeing Danny and company ‘s life at different stages. I love how you capture all the characters so well.

Okay I really liked this chapter I really didn’t know what to expect I had no clue why Paulina wanted to talk to Danny, or why dash let her in. So I was fearing the worse but I was pleasantly surprised and apparently so was Sam. I liked seeing a less shallow side of Paulina.

I had this story open on one of my tabs for over a week before finally getting to it and I’m so glad I did. This story was great from start to finish. You kept me guessing the entire time, and I love that you didn’t reveal what had happened to Danny right away because the implication that he was dead gave the story such a sad and wistfull tone that you pulled off very well. I also think the non-linear storytelling was the perfect decision, and every flashback felt bittersweet the more conviced I was that Danny had died. The ending was also great, leaving enough room for the reader to imagine how Dani’s release and reunion will go. You have a real talent for writing and I look forward to reading your other stories.

Reading this again in 2018 for the third time. Ah, the memories...

Okay I really like this chapter it was very fun to see dash in a totally different light. I never thought he was gay but I like the idea of that. I also love both Danny and sam’s reactions very true to character. I love how Danny Sam and tucker (and Valerie) all go to the same college. This chapter gave me something I never felt before sympathy for dash. His character makes since now he was still a total jerk to Danny but it makes since why he was the way he was I’m glad he’s making amends. Now I hate to say this but I’m honestly glad that dash’ Injury happened so he could be cut down to size. I look forward to what will happen next in this story.

You're killing me with anticipation and familiarity. You start of with children, and how similar they are to Jazz and Danny. Then with the annual Santa debate. And at first you don't mention what happened to Danielle until like, a third of the way of the epilogue, but still no mention of if Danny survived.

"light and miracles and hope are for everyone" I started tearing up at that part.

"Because you had to name him after dead people" um... You haven't told us the baby's name but..

Oh good. Danny is alive. You're so mean, teasing us like that.

That was a perfect ending.

Only one chapter, the epilogue, left and... I don't know what's going to happen. I hope they destroy the GIW, at least, and that Danny pulls through.

"Tell him he taught her well" Please don't do this. This is heartbreaking and I might cry
