This has a lot of promise! I love Azutara, and I think you've done a good job of capturing Azula's voice. I can't wait to read more!

I really enjoyed this but admit I wish there had been a sequel about Azula’s rule. Now that the fire lord is the ruler of the world it means she is responsible for all nations and ironically that may stop a lot of rebels, prisoners who opposed Ozai May be allowed freedom (like Kataras father). The water tribes would need to rebuild as well (perhaps staying as one tribe until it grew big enough to split again).

And as for eventual heirs, well waterbending could take the place of in vitro and both the fire lord and lady have brothers they can use as donors. Ie Zukos seed to impregnate Katara and Sokkas seed to impregnate Azula. It would be the closest they could get to having children to be sure.

This was cute. My interpretation of Azula has always had her as incapable of love, or at least that kind of love, but this was still an adorable story.

Good story. They most amazing thing is that you made Zuko an enemy without making him a completely annoying blockhead. I applaud.

truly a love story, at times I feel like it was rushed, but it strangely still felt natural, both girls cant control themselves when it really comes down to it, love aches and hurts, but it was beautiful to read all the same

you've really got the characters down, I can visually see them and fully recognise them as the characters I love in the series. mark of an awesome author, and I love that there doesn't seem to be a epic plot (at the moment or at all) other than the two girls just getting caught up in each other.
i'm also very happy with the way that even though the two girls are intimate you don't reduce them to being 'smuts' where their relationship is sexualised, there is a underlying tenderness (sort of), that I think will grow as time goes on, and hopefully blossom into something wonderful.
