Nice story. Here's a few questions, though:

Is Harry a Horcrux? Because having a piece of someone else's soul in your head would definitely disrupt magic flow.

When will Harry ask about Tom Riddle rather than Voldemort? Or is there going to be a stunner when Riddle's a professor or something? I guess the boy's just caught up in the AU.

I've been having trouble placing this in canon. It's after OotP because Harry knows the prophecy and Occlumency. It's probably not after book six since Harry's reaction to Dumbledore was to trust him before Harry started seeing dead people. Therefore, Harry wouldn't know about Horcruxes.

Back to dear old Tom: If he exists, why didn't he turn evil and shred his soul, etc.? How will Tom's soul react to Voldemort's (if you're following up to DH canon)?

Just a few thoughts.

Nice chapter. I really like how you made James: It seems a bit more realistic having James NOT like him as to compare to all the other alternate dimension fics where they become one happy family.

Very interested in this plot. It seems to have a lot of potential even if this chapter seems to move abruptly from the bookstore to platform 9 and 3/4. I look forward to what you manage to do with Hogwarts and what this Harry has to do handling all the relationships he's 'forgotten about'.

I just stumbled onto this and I have to say that so far from all the dimension travelling fanfics where Harry meets his parents THIS is the BEST. Please continue *_* The reactions seem the most genuine ones here so far.
