And the insight in seemingly small touches/situations you share is awsome.

I like the way you described their relationship.
The chapter with the neighbor's point of view was especially touching. I liked the way you described Gibbs' loss and how Tony helped him over it.
Even though you used the perspective you you could feel with the characters. I think it's a great idea to use an outsider's point of view.
