This story so far is amazing. By far my favorite post-series fanfiction. You managed to stay so true to the characters while diving in to new feelings and territories. I loved the interaction between Inuyasha and Miroku, and the depths of guilt he feels for Kagome and Kikyou. He had just lost Kikyou before Kagome so its important he deals with both.

Can't wait to read more!

Inuyasha meets Tarzan! I liked this fic a lot. There was a lot of hurt and angst in all except last couple chapters. I imagine this is what he went through to cope with being separated from Kagome. There was no certainty whether the well would work again until it did. That made Inuyasha's situation all the more sad. I loved the parts with Sesshomaru. His character underwent a lot of development.
Kudos for an excellent canon fic.

Oh wow! I love what Sesshomaru said to Inuyasha. I agree with your point of view that Sesshomaru feels paternal towrds Rin rather than having romantic attachment. This is why I dont ship that pair.

There are little moments throughout this fanfic, that cause my nose to tingle, my throat to clinch, and tears to spring to my eyes. this one did it for me. It was more heartbreaking than amusing when Rin slowly recited to him, "Okaasan…Otousan…Oniisan." Oh you, you story teller you. Thank you for writing such touching things.

Beautiful. Heartbreaking, joyous, bittersweet, I felt everything. Everything felt so real, very within canon and that's what extracted the emotions each scene resonated with out of me. It never hurt more to see InuYasha in soo much pain. You gave us something deeper than the superficial layers that the manga showed us and I have to thank you for that. Thanks for this piece.
