I highly doubt you will even see this but i am still going to comment anyway. I started reading fanfic long after this last chapter was even posted but in the two years i have been reading fanfic (and its a lot as i dont watch tv..its more an art piece then for watching) this has to be one of thee most chilling graphic surreal realistic utterly amazing things i have ever EVER read (and i dont mean just in fanfic but in anything ive read) stories. It has been 8 years since your last post and though you say it not over this last chapter leaves it so open in a good way and to me makes the story focus of just iruka and his self awareness and growth through it all and not a kakashi/iruka story and the way the last chapter ends ends it perfectly. Thank you for such an amazing story. (one i have read now 5 times in two weeks)

Every now and then, I come back to this story for a full reread in all its heart clenching, steamy, warm and fuzzy glory and bemoan the lack of closure. Granted, life brings its ups and down, and sometimes more downs than ups but I sincerely hope you are doing well. As much as I would like a continuation of the story (it being one of my absolute favorites on ), I would rather you and your family be happy, safe, and healthy. Thank you again for your wonderful talents that you've archived on this site.

I normally avoid AU stories but I kept coming across this one and desided to give it a try. And I loved every moment of it. Well written!

Bleh, Kakashi pissed me off at times though! Especially at the end. I hope they sort it out and that he doesn't get Iruka and Naruto kicked out of the appartment after this.

So sad to see that it isn't finished and I know its been 7 years, but I hope you haven't abandoned it. :)

Oh man, am I late to the Naruto fandom. But on the bright side, there was this amazing fic waiting to be read! I loved reading this so much- the family dynamic between Iruka, Naruto and Sasuke was probably my favourite part just because of the way they interacted and especially how they spoke to each other. Naruto knowing he's terrible at the kind, nurturing role and just telling Sasuke he knew he was gay for him all along was GOLD. Also Sasuke being so protective over his friends? Yes please X1000. And it's probably weird that my favourite parts aren't even Kakashi/Iruka, but it was the small details that really captured my interest. Like Genma being Australian and using all that slang? Yes! I loved that part, since I'm Australian too! But I'm more towards the city so his dialogue had me rolling lol. And Ibiki, being a huge Russian and teaching Iruka how to fight, calling him a little bird? Yes, please, thank you, my heart. I just loved reading so much of this. I saw it's been a while since this was updated, but I just wanted to let you know that I spent every spare minute I had over two days reading this and love it where it's at but would love to see it continued if you ever come back to it. Thank you for taking the time to write this!
