That said, though, even though this was a good Joker origin story, could you do an origin story for the Mark Hamill Joker that incorporates elements of the Killing Joke and makes old Jack seem even more sympathetic and / or pitiful before his transformation?

Weeeeeird. The Joker never went after Dr. Owens. Did he actually kill her? Or did he decide to let her live? Or did you decide not to post a chapter detailing her untimely demise?

Strange, I wonder why the Joker told that joke about a mental patient being in love with a nurse. Was he sad - well, sad isn't the apprioriate word - annoyed he lost Dr. Owens by being transferred to Arkham? This is getting real interesting.

It started out good. But it pretty much sucked at the end. Did you even watch Batman Begins or The Dark Knight recently before starting the fanfic. Some things got jumbled and I was really confused. Plus, I would've liked to see more gradual transition of Joker's rebirth (as in, I would've liked more hints at his previous life as Jack and more explanation of his Jack Napier persona resurfacing). I liked how you did the Joker type even though it REALLY irritates my eyes. The way you capitalized things pertaining only to Joker and you added " only to his statements brought out the strongness of Joker a bit. Eh. Not the best fanfic I ever read & I wouldn't reread it. It's passing (I did like the development of Jack even though it eventually splintered). This fanfic is better than a lot of the website, but it is still kind of dull in continuity. 5 15/16 rating.

The chapters you keep saying that you think are uninteresting or "nothing really happened," are the ones I like the best, actually.
