I liked the part where Otae pointed out that Sougo is trying to get Kagura's attention and how Kondo only saw Sougo's good traits as always. I think my favorite line in this story was: "Monsters shouldn't cry," Okita mumbled, "Otherwise, I'd have no one to talk to." I think it sums up their relationship/rivalry nicely, since they are both kind of similar. Or at least the way that Sougo sees it. (The only minor mistake I noticed was that Kagura's beetle was called Sadamaru 28. Kagura's dung beetle was named Sadaharu 28 and Sougo's Rhinocerous beetle was named Sadomaru 21) |

I've just started watching Gin Tama and I haven't really seen a lot of Kagura and Okita interaction, but I still think the couple is pretty cute. The sadistic king and hotheaded girl. . For the first time I realized that it was their strength that brought them together, as in both of them were so strong that other people were always so afraid of them and they really had nobody to play with. Oh, I'm glad you paired them together in this fic, they finally found true opponents in each other who can help each other grow. I loved the details you put into this whole fic. It was beautiful.
