I don't know how many times I have read your story but this is the first time I have read it in a few years. I had forgotten the name of it and accidentally came across it today. When I was a teenager I loved this story because of its darkness but I always found Edward's love warped. Before I used to be happy that they didn't get a traditional "happy ever after". Now, years later, I'm seeing this story in a new light. I can now fully understand Edward's pain and sacrifice. I can now also understand the ending a lot better. I have saved this story so that I won't lose it again.

It was wonderfully written, I haven't had a pleasure reading something as great in a long time. I loved the layers of the story that slowly unfold and of course the evil sea witch which was a nice twist in the story that Edward wasn't the prince. Little Mermaid was a favorite fairy tale (who am I kidding IS haha) so I really liked the concept. It was great!

Reread this so many times yet to this day it still fascinates and enthralls me. I've read a lot of good works yet still this one is the one that always has me coming back for more. Every time I think I've forgotten it it seems to have a way of turning up again, I think I went a whole year without reading it once only for it to randomly pop into my head sending me scurrying back to the computer to search for it. *laughs*

Edward's seductive darkness is as compelling as ever, and the story so hauntingly beautiful you just can't help.

Well, that was dark... I still really liked it though. I wish one day Bella can learn to be happy with Edward. :)

Wow. That was amazing! Great ending, but a part of me wishes there was a chapter about Edward and Bella being together again. I love how you took the idea of the Little Mermaid and made it completley unique. Bravo :)

A very... intriguing story. While it still has the innocent reminiscence of a child's tale, it also has a deep, dark twist of its own. The ending, I must say, confused me a bit, but I am sure that that is its purpose. I will be sure to reread it in the future. :)
