Even though you said it wasn't gonna be funny-I laughed at a few parts. The part where Kai goes "he kind of knows" basically. I thought it was funny; the whole misunderstanding that is.

I found this fic the night before last and I've been hooked since. The humour drew me in at first, and then the curiosity about the whole situation and wondering what the real plot would reveal itself to be dragged me in deeper. You did a good job at keeping the readers wanting and curious, that's for sure! The only criticism I really have to offer is about the abrupt difference in this chapter. As a writer and avid reader myself I completely understand when things just have to "get down to business," but it felt a little more rough than it could have been, though that could very well be from the time between updates making the edges of the chapters fit together a little jaggedly along with your writing style evolving. It still works, it's just that I think it could've used a bit more transitioning and padding, though I don't even know how I'd accomplish that in one of my own stories. XD I'm notorious for taking months/years to update so I definitely get that, and it also makes me more patient for the fics I like to be updated... but having said that, sooner IS always nicer. ;) I like how you added all these little clues and I'm really curious about what's going to happen. Hope to see you back!

I've been reading this for a while now and wondering when you'd update again, boy am I glad to see you finally did. You've seriously got me hooked and I'm glad I decided to reread it again. I really hope you update soon again, the sudden change of plot is really amazing. The way you portray the characters are just fantastic and I love how Tala was a little slow on finding out Ray was totally lying. Great job, keep up the good work!
