It's been so long since I've read Peter Pan. Forgot more of it than I would have liked, really.

Nevertheless, I enjoyed this fic immensely. At first, I thought it'd be a simple, humorous story. (Mukuro in tights!)

But it's not. It's so much more than that. It's candied dreams and sunny hopes juxtaposed with bleak bleak reality. (Estraneo. Kokuyo Land.) The Outside they used to imagine, and the Outside that leaves them no dreams.

It's AU, and the three mothers also come and go like a dream. It adds a fairytale-like surrealness. But details aside, the longing and the despair, and all the /emotion/ in this fic...it's almost palpable. In a way, it really feels like these are the emotions the Kokuyo Gang had harbored.

Needless to say, this is a beautiful fic.

I love how much like a fairytale it is, with unexplained and dreamy things (like I-Pin's presence) being mixed with dark, painful things (like Ken's collar that keeps them trapped). And I love the end, because it shows the weird family that Chrome, Ken, and Chikusa have with each other. (Although really, throughout I was thinking Lancia would have made an OK mum. But he does wear sin so well.)

Oh my god, this was absolutely beautiful. The symbolism, the way it was written, and ahahgshgaskhlgasdhga I CAN'T THINK. I LOVE YOU. It's so gorgeous, thank you so much for writing this. Mukuro is such a sad and tragic character, you've caught him very well in this light as Peter Pan. Ah, I can't think of anything to write because of the awesomeness of your fic; sorry for the incoherency, but this is the best I can do. This is going on my favorites list without a doubt!

It was very well written. I thought the scenes all fit together perfectly and the plotline was very believable! Although in some places it was a bit angsty for me, all in all, I though it was fantastic! Keep up the great work! I'm off to read more fanfiction now! Ja NE!
