I really love this. Every time one version would finish, I'd think, now this one is my favorite, the next one couldn't possibly be better, but then it is. I never even imagined some of these ways Meredith could have grown up but I love how Meredith still seems in character no matter which version of her childhood she has. I also liked all the different ways she ended up with Derek and the different ways their relationship changed based on how Meredith grew up.

The last one. Give Lexie her McSteamy and a better ending than Shondra did.

Wow, they were all so heartbreakingly possible, and I loved every single one of these, especially because you always added Derek at the end, as a beacon for happiness, even if the section was sad all throughout it all.

I think I loved the idea of Meredith and Derek meeting as kids, I don't know why, but I agree with you that he'd be just as clueless as you described him, and he'd need Meredith throwing herself at him before he'd notice they had feelings for each other.

I also loved the last one, with Lexie, and their strange relationship, because I could see Meredith growing up with Lexie and Molly and feeling still like a stranger, but I could also see Meredith and Lexie bond. Maybe I'm just missing Lexie though.

The bonding with Susan was precious, and you gave Meredith some well-deserved mothering. i always wondered what would happen to Meredith when Ellis slit her wrists, and you went further into that universe. Brilliant.

Well, all of these were brilliant, I have to be honest. They all have the potential to be great stories, but they work great even like this.

I know you've written it ages ago, but I must comment! My favorites was the third and fifth, where Meredith moves with the 'other' Grey-household, either as a child or teenager.

wow ok so i totally wasnt expecting any of those! i dont know why but i didnt quite understand the summary so when i was reading them all i was pleasantly surprised! haha these were all truley amazing and all very realisitic! i probably love the lexie one the most or the one with susan, but hey, they were all pretty darn amazing!

I know you wrote this ages ago, but I just read it, and thought it was fantastic. My favourites were #3 (Meredith as a 7 year old, Susan helping her) and #5 (Meredith moves in with her half/step family when Lexie is 11) because I really love the Susan and Lexie dynamic.

This was really well done. I know it has been years, but I would really love to see what you could do expanding one of these ideas.

Those were really good. Poor Meredith. I think, if you expand only one of them, you should expand the one where Meredith meets Derek and Mark when they are all children. After that, I like the one where she moves in with Thatcher when she's sixteen.

I really enjoyed these different looks... would love to see more of the one with little Mer and Der growing up together. LOL Awesome job!

I really liked the last one; I think that could be a great take-off. Pretty pretty please? And could you do something where people find out about the sister and epitomizing the “you’ll follow me around; ask me questions” part?

Really good. I loved the last one especially, and the one with Richard. The only one I wasn't super keen on was the one where she becomes a virtual Shep, I think that it would be just a bit too awkward, but you wrote it wonderfully, so I guess it doesn't matter, eh?

Only things that I would have liked to see is Mer becoming a Shep as an adult, ie after the current canon. But fantastic anyway!

Great fic. I like how you explored all the "ifs" in Mer's life, but Derek was always there.
