That's definitely my favorite Naruto story ever. The way you described Shikamaru's and Temari's feelings and hurt was really touching. An amazing story :)

I must say, this is one of the best that I've read. There was a great deal of emotion in here and the realism of their feelings was shown well.

I'm no one and my opinion isn't really important, but this was one of the best ShikaTema's I've ever read. Ino was just as I always want her to be: nice and friendly. She can't be paired with Shikamaru, it's senseless.

And the end was really funny.

Reading this story has driven words of any intelligible form from my mind. I'm stunned. Mesmerised. Caught in this complexed, tangly, yet undeniably clear web plot.

Characters. Check! In the best of form, well IN character. I could certainly imagine Temari initiating the breakup, and Shikamaru realising he wasn't such a genius. I loved Ino in this story; it'd never struck me that she'd do so much for a teammate, though you've made me realise how plausible it is for her to take on the sisterly role for her teammates; I've never seen a more gorgeous Ino. And Choji, sweet Choji! Though I know him to be one of few words, I'm glad he chose to chide Shikamaru for his insensitivity and knock realisation into him. Kankurou's absolutely himself! Gaara complimented Kankurou well...

Plot. Check check! Beautiful, well evolved, developed almost to the point of perfection. Highly logical, eventful, filled with awesome climaxes. Utterly original.

Language. Check check check! Splendidly crafted, beautifully integrated. Effectively used and not overdone. Made the story prance alive and enact itself before my imagination. Loved the bit about Ino's short temper and Temari's low tolerance level. Humour was also very well implemented throughout the story.

I'm still trying to catch my breath. Gasp! The length of the story made me wonder why you didn't prefer to make this a story with chapters, though every paragraph managed to sustain my interest and lead me to the end of your story.
