A good story very interesting and dramatic. Don't we love Frollo and his mad antics towards Esmeralda and she is still trapped and hates him wonder when that may change. More please that would be great *cookies for inspiration and the great work*

This is a really great start: Very well written and you've captured both Frollo and Esmerelda excellently. Frollo's horse/inanimate object jealousy made me laugh! Not to mention the rather delightfully saucy "bed scene" at the end of chapter 3.

Very nice chapter. It looks like Claude was able to score at least a few points with her in his offer to sleep on the floor. That was rather sneaky business on his part, I think... sleeping on the cold, wooden floor was probably a step up from sleeping on the colder, stone floor all those months he was trying not to obsess over Esmeralda. But she doesn't need to know that... at least now she thinks he's got at least one gentlemanly characteristic to him.

Their relationship is really interesting, I think. I like the way Frollo switches from scary to comforting-it makes him even more frightening, since he's a bit unpredictable. She doesn't throw herself into his arms right away, but she does seem more or less resigned to her fate-her sense of self-preservation is really good. I think that will help them both in the long run.

A nice second chapter. I am really liking this story so far. There are a few spelling/grammar things (you might want to consider finding a beta to double check those things for you) but the content was lovely. I liked the part where he was shaking from her closeness. It definitely seems like the kind of thing I could see poor Claude doing.
