Just found this gem amongst the recommended Doctor Who fanfics on TV Tropes, and while I doubt you're seeing these reviews as you haven't updated anything since 2010, I still wanted to review this and some of your other fics. Great description of the Doctor's character and the impact he has on his companions. Short, yet absolutely true. My favourite line was 'I save and condemn you', as he often takes people away from their own problems and makes them stronger, more confident and more capable in many ways, only for them to eventually meet a sad yet inevitable fate.
