I wonder what are you gonna do about Ryouhei's story? Will you go by canon (Ryouhei can't kill after he accidentally killed someone before just like Knuckle) or will you make him just like Takeshi? (by realizing in order to be by Tsuna's side (and protect their other friends) is to kill whoever they told to)

Hey this is good! Too bad it hasn’t updated for yrs but this gives khr a more realistic take on mafia and Vongola, etc.

Damn it's been years since I first read this (currently cleaning out my favorites but this one is definitely staying in) and it's still just as amazing. I love the characterization that you gave to Squalo and the weird friendship/bond that he and Takeshi have now. KHR fic is always a comforting read and this was lovely to come back to.

This, was really good. You hear a lot about the first kill, but this was an excellent lead up to the hit. It felt very real.

Squalo was kind of adorkable here, still scary, but cute in parts. They have an interesting relationship!

Wow, this is one of those few fics that actually take notice of what being in mafia means. It's great 3 I think that even in the manga (or should I say especially in the manga..?) they really seem to have forgotten that mafia is criminal organisation and they are just on about saving the world or something (actually I think that something like that will happen... In the end Vongola are somekind of good guys and not criminals, I don't know, but it's a show for kids too, in the end, so they can't have too messed up morals. Who could imagine those guys orchestrating drug dealing and killings in cold blood anyway? Tsuna? Yamamoto? I don't think so. They would back out, because the heroes are supposed to be good guys.)

Okei, my rant ends here. Loved your fic and can't wait for more 3 (Natural Born Killer was brilliant too, works like a secuel, no?)

The way you are able to capture the personality of all character amazes me. You had Squalo down so well as that man who tries his best to show he doesn't care. I've started reading this because Yamamoto is my favorite character and already I've fallen in love with every chapter! :3

You have such a serious atmosphere that I'm almost afraid of what's in store for Yamamoto's future, but I am looking forward to reading more of this story because it is THAT good.

Yay! I finally got around to reading it! And I'd been missing out on so much!

Well, that was definitely an interesting theory as to how Yamamoto got that scar. I think you did well to show how doing something like that would feel to a teenager. All the moods were illustrated well. And I was listening to Inspirational Thunderstorms during the hit scene, so it seemed like it was raining. Probably ruined the whole thing, but whatever.

I liked how you described Squalo as beautiful. Hehe.

The only thing I didn't really get was the cat. Was that supposed to convey any type of symbolism somehow, or was it just there because? Anyway, I'm really anticipating chapter 3, and you know why!

Even if you don't think it's your best work, I liked it quite a bit. Your style is very detailed, but not to the point of being overpowering. It's very sensible in a unique way.

And I understand how you feel about trying to write something short and then it ending up too long. I do the same thing; it's definitely a weakness of mine.

Nevertheless, I need to go on to chapter 2! Thank you for your hard work on something enjoyable for KHR fans to read!
