How to put this kindly. Fanfiction does not mean you can do whatever you want. You still have to pay attention to canon, which... you seriously don't do in this fanfic of yours.

1.) She is the seeker for G when Harry is supposed to be, usurping something that is supposed to make him special within the first book.

2.) Boy's can't go up into the girls dorms, yet wood goes up there.

3.) Cedric is played up to be a playboy. I think if he had that repuation, he wouldn't have been anywhere near as well recieved as he was in the books. Not to mention he dates Cho.

4.) The Weasly family can barily afford to take care of their own, so why would they take in some girl who happens to be disowned? Sure, they have very open arms, but truth of the matter is, there is a limit. She is more likely to have gone home with one of the girls to, rather then to a house full of boys. D would have seen to this.
