But I will agree with you, Roger dying wasn't exactly the best, but I loved the way you wrote it.

I liked this a lot, though. The way you expressed you idea was indeed very powerful. I liked the repeated motif of "his/her name was..." and the way it changed into something else at the end. Excellent work, my dear!

Anyway, I freakin loved this. It was beautifully sad.

I read it right after watching RENT with commentary.

It made me somber, a bit. Poor Roger. It also made me think more about Adam and Chris discussing how tortured Roger is and his issues and not just, "YOU WANNA SEE MY TANGO POSE?"

Even though Adam's old man voice is always funny.

I'm favoriting this. 'Cause I loved it. Basically.

I think we all know that Roger's been through a lot and will go through more after RENT, but it's almost as if we don't bother with his really tortured side. I think we know it's there, but it's almost taken for granted. But this fic *did* bother with Roger's anguished side, and awesomely, I might add.
