I think that this is one of those "Oh, so you've decided you're in a relationship? You do realise that you're the last ones to realise this, don't you?" moments.

Well, it's been a long time in coming but as they go, 'slice of life' is quite rare in C:L fanfics so this has been something of an unusual journey for all of us. Nice work overall. I think you did a good job in making them seem like teenagers and an especially good job at remembering that Aelita is essentially an alien who has been a human for only a year or so.
