Well at least Squall got with Rinoa and not with some random guy or seifer (for Rinoa I mean)

It's pretty good so don't worry about not writing too well. Just a few spelling errors here and there.

The only thing was just that the proposal portion and the ending could have been elaborated upon to build the suspense and some of their thoughts could have been added to make the story deeper.

Well, I loved this cute fluffy little story. Very sweet. my only criticism you already addressed in your authors note, but otherwise, very well done. Spelling and Grammar could use minor revision in your spare time, but no big deal. As a personal thing, i don't think Squall should stutter, but i guess popping the question is enough to make even the Mighty Squall get butterflies in his stomach.
