beautiful in its own slightly horrific way, I haven't beat the game yet, or gotten very far since i've only just rented it, yet i feel as if i completely understand it, or Lezard anyway. if you could tell who the heck lucian is though it would certainly being clearing things up for me

Wow, I almost cried for him. Poor Lezard, he's so ...hot though. I liked this story...As you can see I'm a lil late getting into the Valkyrie Profile thing, but better late than never...I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed he was strangely quiet...

wow. this was a truly amazing fic. I, for one, LOVE this game (which is something I can say about scarce few games), and this is an awesome addition that truly pays homage to it. You captured what I always saw in Lezard in a great way! Kudos to you a hundred-fold!

Very poignant piece. I liked the touch with the earring. I also liked the idea that Lezard had other "conquests" before he became infatuated with Lenneth. Nice work.

Whoop! I haven't reviewed have I? _ Yes, I love Lezard too. My favourite VP fics always center around him and his demented thoughts and ideas.

Also, with regards to that scene you were telling Walker, Mysty says, "Lezard, you missed a great show." or something to that effect.

I absolutely love this fic! I never finished the game, but I love the characterization of Lezard! (I never finished the game because I missed getting him, so what I know comes second hand). You make him out to be the coolest character in the game, without making him campy or overdone. Darn it, now I wanna go borrow it again to play some more. Great fic! Keep up the good work!

Anyway, this story never fails to make me very sad. I might not be able to write Lezard as so angsty, but this is, and it works. *applause*

(I was angry at the way it played out in the game - I mean, she's obsessing over Lucian, when all he had done alone was force the gods to seal her off and then get himself killed. And not as much as an acknowledgement to the one that saved her life.)
