great little fic

This is sweet and cheerful and I love it!

To me this felt like one of those stories you go in expecting a laugh or some second-hand revenge satisfaction, instead you get slight familial mending and an important piece of advice to live by when things get a little too hard to deal with. Wonderful story hun, thank you for writing.

Somehow, you managed to turn this story from something funny to something that's heartwarming, poignant and inspiring. Not exactly what I was expecting, but in a good way.

Oh I love this! This is pretty in character, the Dursleys would have hated a gay son, and Dudley would probably try and hide it until his consciousness would drive him to end an engagement. I love that Harry finds him and helps not only by getting him the basic necessities and the possibility to get back on his feet, but also emotional heeling, because he seems to have a lot of internalised homophobia and that is just a too common heart break.
