Meh, it was rather boring. Vala remembers everything but says nothing about it. Then it's just a bunch of drama with Vala and Daniel that is not very interesting, rather annoying to be honest. Reading this fic, seems like no matter what happens it is all Daniel's fault. Vala doesn't say anything and Daniel acts like he always does around her but she has all these memories so she unconsiously acts like they are still together at times which annoys Daniel then Vala gets hurt. I'm curious how that seems to be all the guys fault? If Vala were to say something then things would be different but she made her choice and has no one to blame for the pain but herself. Of course, since a woman wrote this the woman can do no wrong, the guy is to blame for anything and everything while having to bend over backwards to apologize. Yeah, what a load of crap.

do not put up with that dismissive, outragious behavior, get some self respecct and a boyfriend who values you (and i speak as a daniel lover)

Still think that Daniel should have had to work harder. He completely treated Vala like crap and then in less than one chapter you let him get Vala.

This story was amazing...I love angsty Vala/Daniel fics and I think this is the best one I've read. You actually made me cry during the last chapter. It was a beautiful retelling of how they got together.

This story is beyond brilliant. If there was any way for anyone other than Teal'C to remember what happened during those fifty years, it would have to be this way, with Vala. You've captured the sheer agony of her emotions so perfectly: the loss, the love, everything. Even though her actions are seemingly out of character for her, it's so very in character for what she's experiencing. The last chapter was so lovely and sad...it's been quite a while since I've cried over a story in this way! Thank you so much for writing this story - it's been a joy to read.

Ok. So I got done reading this and was sitting here all emotional like, then I think to myself "I should look up that song on Youtube." So, like an idiot,I do. And guess what I found? The video that goes with this. All I can say is that you and your buddy are evil. This was a wonderful story, and now I need to go find some tissues:D

I wanted to let you know I came back to read again and it was like I was reading it for the first time again.

Just a complete joy to read and felt part of it from the onset.
