I like how you added Rangiku's little snippet of depressingness (haha I doubt that's even a word) into there. Gin is amazing. I also like how you related Toushirou to Isshin.

Although I didn't know Isshin did that. Did you just make it up? Because it seems pretty believable.

I spotted some typos here and there, and your grammar with dialogue seemed pretty...not right, I think, but other than that, it's great.
