I’m such a slut for a dark romance. God, this chapter has me HOOKED.

This story is one that I keep coming back to. You have a talent for dark romance. There's a bit of doubt at the end, even though it's a happy ending. Erik grows and matures, but is still a troubled man. Christine has had to make more compromises than Erik does. However, it's also sweet to see a happy ending after all the turbulent ups and downs of their relationship. It's a perfect portrayal of the E/C pairing as a whole.

Wonderful story! I really liked how you portrayed Erik and Christine's relationship! A slow and steady progression. It was so sad to see their house burned down and the horse died.

It was a lovely ending with the children. But I have to ask, did Erik go with that hooker in chapter 36? I sure hope not! I'd like to imagine he was faithful to Christine.

Anyway, love the stories I have read of yours so far! Keep up the good work!

Oh my gosh, this chapter was beautiful.

I was a little anxious during the first half of the story because it didn't seem like their relationship was progressing at all and I wish by the end it would have been a little more developed then it was but it was still a happy ending. Good job.

Who do you lied its Leroux? I see only of him..moslty its Kay version..The part with the dead girl was ewww...from 1 to 10 it deserve 6...

This was one hell of a ride! The roller coaster experience of the different emotions displayed throughout their development as husband and wife truly touched my heart. I absolutely and utterly adored this Leroux-style of Erik and Christine relationship (well, I just guessed that this is Leroux version) especially on how Christine learned to accept and love him (though I might add that it was slightly rushed in the last few chapters but I still loved it though considering their turmoils for all previous chapters) and how Erik is, well... still Erik (never ever change him please).
Thank you for writing this wonderful story! And from the bottom of my heart I deeply express my gratitude! (This is probably one of the best romantic stories that used Leroux-Erik and I really really love the most is reading Leroux-Erik concerning the concept of love)
