KarisTasogare chapter 18 . 8/2 makes you wonder: if the penalty is ~20 pts each detention, and that is known why then wasn't there some sort of protest (after the fact) about it being 50 each? thou, who you would make it to might be the telling question |
Spidersauce chapter 5 . 6/27 You brought up an excellent point. From here on out, when Hermione starts gushing about Lockhart, hit her in the head with a Boy Who Lived Adventure book and snap her out of it. |
Spidersauce chapter 4 . 6/27 During the whole hospital part of the scene I kept waiting for Harry to burst out laughing and say he was just fucking with her. |
Spidersauce chapter 2 . 6/27 Hey I agree. Never liked Molly, especially |
Spidersauce chapter 1 . 6/27 THANK YOU Snape. Don't tie up the fucking rat animagus. Or better yet, don't tie up anyone ever. If you have the option to make someone all but comatose on command, then you bloody well do so when they're a mass murderer! I didn't catch it when I first read PoA as a child, but rereading it years later it always bothered me they never checked Pettigrew for a wand and left him conscious. Though, thinking about it now, Stupefy didn't exist until book four, did it? Oh well. Grab a rock and take turns swinging until you get it right. |
A Man of No Consequence chapter 1 . 6/9 Just read the first chapter and freaking loved it! Love the rational and deductive Harry/Hermione Duo! I bet this is going to lead to some fairly humorous situations in the next chapters. Going on to read the next one. Once Again, Loved it! |
RHJunior chapter 3 . 5/8 TO BE FAIR... Why WOULDN'T they think Harry broke the rules to enter the contest? What has Harry been doing since year 1 except break the rules, and get rewarded for it? He broke the rules at his first flying class and ended up the star of the Quidditch team with his own broom (despite both THOSE things being against the rules too), he broke into the 3rd floor room to save the sorcerer's stone and got rewarded with a mountain of house points, he stole from Snape's supply cabinets to make an illegal potion, he sneaked around constantly with his invisible cloak and magic map, he helped a convict escape from the law... breaking the rules and entering the Tournament? Business as usual! |
Nargelz chapter 2 . 5/5 Ik u said that your not a Dumbledore badger but I think it would have been funny if Harry said somthing like “HEY! Some of these fit Dumbledore too!” |
Matt chapter 2 . 4/13 Ah, but what you seem to be forgetting is that Dumbledore is also Chief Warlock of the Wizengamot (basically head of the legislative and judicial body) and Supreme Mugwump of the ICW (leader of the Magical European Union). That gives him much more power than a simple Headmaster of a school. Plus the fact that Fudge, the Minister of Magic, consults him regularly and has a tendency to follow his advice. Not to mention all the influence that he has from being the defeater of Grindelwald and holder of an Order of Merlin. |
Latarra chapter 9 . 4/8 I like this chapter. They make good points. |
HeartsGlow chapter 11 . 4/7 I don't get where every adventure was "Harry's idea". Go back and read the books. The trio talked a lot about the mysterious happenings, but most of the "actions" in the early years were due to being pushed by Miss-Goody-Two-Shoes, aka, Hermione. It's pretty apparent that Harry would not have done any of that stuff without those two particular friends. |
HeartsGlow chapter 2 . 4/7 There were other passages that sounded like Dumbledore too. |
HeartsGlow chapter 1 . 4/7 Much of the conversation was inane. How have they forgotten Draco following them to Hagrid's late at night just to get them into trouble? Certainly Snape would have done the same, and just because Remus is with Pomfrey doesn't preclude Snape being nosy, especially as he's way more observant than Harry, more intelligent, so of course he'd want to know why Remus disappeared every month. Then blaming Remus for things in the past that he had no control over? |
Guest chapter 4 . 4/6 If I were hermione, I would suffocate Harry in his sleep. For the greater good. This harry is too dumb to live |
Latarra chapter 1 . 4/5 How that scene should have gone. I've never liked Sirius' casual attitude to attempted murder. |
