I was just reading this story yesterday and was hoping that you would continue with it at some point. And today, in my inbox, a notice of another chapter. "Happy dance" I'm so glad you haven't finished with Daniel and Vala yet.

Love how you ended this chapter with Cam shouting at him ... made me smile. I'm enjoying this awkward dance Daniel is doing with his emotions ... time to just get on with it!

This fic will always be a sentimental favorite of mine, and I reread it more times than I should probably admit. Although I'm sad that it won't be completed the way you envisioned (and sorry that real life is so demanding, although I can certainly understand), I'm excited to see new updates. :) (I kind of squealed when I got the email notification.)

What a cute beginning. Love the scene with Sam and Vala eating popcorn and talking about men ... poor Vala. But she seems to be getting Daniel's attention and I figure that's probably the point.

I was wondering, will Vala get pregnant someday ? Guess I'll have to wait and see...

This is an excellent story and I am looking forward to updates soon.

I think Vala is giving up too early.

I was married when I was 36. Granted, Vala is already older than that. I suffered 2 miscarriages. Did I give up? No I did not. My third pregnancy held and I gave birth to my son when I was 38. My fourth pregnancy unfortunately did end in miscarriage and that's when we gave up trying for a second child.

I am now in my 40s with one very healthy and happy son who loves life, school and video games. He will always be an only child. I was later diagnosed with PCOS which interfered with my fertility.

I am really enjoying this series of vignettes - thank you.
