Great story so far, as usual. Does the Harbingers’ presence mean that Alex is a potential?

Something about this seems off to me. It almost seems too easy at some parts and I can't picture Spike and Angel acting quite so immaturely at this point, due to all they've been through.

Also, the more I read up on what happened in the graphic novels, the more I feel that Joss has lost his touch and that the comics are a betrayal to everything that the show was and everything it tried to say and accomplish. Really ticks me off reading about all the things that are supposedly canonical.

I'm impressed that you seem to know how to properly wear a Claddagh ring, most people don't.

Honestly, I wasn't a particularly huge fan of Rona, so I'm not particularly going to miss her.

Glad Vi is still around, though.

The Hellmouth is actually called the Seal of Danzalthar. Also, I wouldn't say the First is defeated so much as beaten down for the time being. Still a good chapter. I'm eager to see how the zombie Slayers can be killed, if they can be.

Okay, so I haven't finished watching Angel, so all I know about Connor is that he's the son of Angel and Darla (which ticks me off because Angel is Buffy's!) and he grew up in a demon dimension or something and hates Angel and tries to kill him. Really wish he had been conceived by Buffy and Angel during the one day Angel was human. -sigh- So anyway, I'm a bit confused. Also, I always thought of Willow as bisexual or possibly pansexual. And yay, Firefly!

I had guessed that Livius was greed, which left envy for Arawn, but surprisingly I got the rest right. I just based my guess on the keywords you placed here and there in their attitudes.

I'm curious about the story that Lorin, Sam, Alex, and Cole are from. Also, I really hope they're watching the 90's version of The Mummy.

Wasn't it Liz who named her sword Sting? Which, was quite amusing, by the way. Also, it's about time someone put Kennedy in her place! Yay, Alex! I don't exactly hate Dawn. I hated when she was whiny and demanding that Buffy tell her every single minute aspect of her personal life and I hated when she helped kick Buffy out of the house. My response would've been, "I'm your guardian and I pay the bills so you can shut it." I don't hate Dawn though. I like it when people write her well in fanfiction and redeem her a bit.

"...that wouldn't have crossed a line so much as taken said line and bashed the Council over the head with it." Best line in this chapter! Gave me wonderful visuals! The serial killer thing gives me the heebie-jeebies. I remember reading somewhere that Cleveland actually has had a ridiculously high number of serial killers as well as other crime; therefore I plan to avoid it like the plague. However, it'd be interesting to see a Buffy "episode" where they are dealing with a human serial killer and want to stop it, but have to question just how much authority they have on the matter considering they're called to fight supernatural evil only.

Yay, Princess Bride shoutout! Also, I've always hated Kennedy. I think she's a bit too young for Willow, although I'm not sure we ever find out how old she is, for starters. She's an immature, spoiled, brat who helped kick Buffy out of her own house. I'd rather Willow be with just about anybody else.

I like that you pointed out that, under normal slayer rules, Faith would have to die to call another slayer. I think the Scoobies forgot that or something. Buffy kept repeating, after she was resurrected in season six, that someone else would've taken her place and I was always like, "Um, no! Faith is the current slayer in the line of succession, so unless she gets shived to death in prison, no one new will be called!" I don't know how that got overlooked. I'd really like to see Buffy and Angel get together, somehow.

Okay, first of all, I can't say enough how glad I am to see that I'm not the only Buffy fan who doesn't like the comics that came out after the show ended! I mean seriously, Spike on an alien spaceship? I just wonder what Joss was thinking with...pretty much all of it.

Question: how did you get the little symbol thingy between the episode title and the date? I have not figured out how to do that.

I like that you described Oz's wolf form as having a snout and a tail. I really wasn't impressed with the almost gorilla-esque costume he had after season 2 of Buffy. Not wolf-like at all. And I agree about Lupin's wolf form as well, but at least it had a wolf snout. Apparently, Joss changed Oz's wolf form because he felt that the animatronic wolf mask on the original costume couldn't convey enough emotion. Nowadays that's an easy fix.

Also, while it's not really important, canines are not completely colorblind; they see in more than black and white, but in a limited range of color. Specifically, their color field consists mostly of yellows, blues, and violets. So they can't really see greens or reds or pinks or oranges and such. An example would be: in wolf form, Oz should see Willow's red hair as sort of yellow/grey mix. Greens and reds should look like darker, more gold shades of yellows and aqua shades would be very pale, almost white, powder blues.

Anyway, so far I like it. I'm also very relieved that you have a good grasp of proper spelling and grammar. I plan to keep reading.
