This is perfectly lovely, I love the idea of n older more mature, more together Bella. She’s still struggling with sadness but she’s more of what Jacob deserves. And I really like that while Jacob was definitely hurt by her leaving he wasn’t broken which happens in a lot of fics.

This is how it should have been. 3 Really enjoyed this story and its prequel.

More selfish Bella and a weak pathetic Jake. After everything we have seen and come to know about Jake I just cant see him as this weak simpering crybaby that skulks away like a dog thats been beat to many times. I cant see him just willing to take anything that Bella dishes out. Unfotunately there are a zillion twilight fics just like this. Not that this is badly written but its nothing special and whats more it just hase nothing unique or new to say.

Another wonderful story that I am so thrilled I found. I see you wrote it a long time ago and you might not even be reading reviews still but I had to write. I really enjoyed this, it's sweet but there is pain and unknown and loss and hope all at once. I love the memories they share of Bella running from her wedding and Jake leaving her with Renee and Phil. I love their first time together in a cheap motel room. Bella is almost a complete person because she has reflected on her love for Edward and what it did to her and the cost to Jacob. She is actually thinking and acting on her own and for herself. She knows she has hurt others but she is coming back. I love Jacob's success and his Pack and his relationship with Billy and Quil is just Quil. Emily is amazing and classy and again, I am so glad you gave her to us when we wouldn't otherwise get to know her. And the end is perfect, sweet and as easy as breathing. Thanks for writing.

I really enjoyed this. It was very sweet

It's still nice but I can't believe Bella just left Jacob for 5 years without contact. Jacob is great but too whipped. I would have at least a little mad. Anyhow, nice ot have a happy ending.

Great story, I missed this sequel when I read the original and just stumbled upon it when I was checking for updates on Dreaming of Butterflies. Thanks for this great 2-shot, excellent writing.

I loved the sequel just as much as the Great Escape, it has the same magic to it. It's great to see how much Bella has grown up, how much confidence she gained while away from Forks.
