Soooo Bella couldn't stand to see charlies body...so she hobbled her dumb ass into the woods to scratch out a message with a pebble...lol...instead of hobbling her ass into the much closer house and using the phone?

Is your version of Bella mentally retarded?

Are we to believe that Bella somehow surprised the vampires? They couldn't just leave when they realized she was coming up to the house? I call bullshit.
And by the way there are some grammar issues in this first chapter, like Victoria tells Riley that she "should have KNOW" that she couldn't trust him...

There are just sombre things in life that you DON'T do! You don't sit next to your parents during an R rated movie. You don't get drunk and text your ex. You don't do yoga on the Dalai Lama's mat. AND YOU DON'T KILL CHARLIE SWAN! Once you cross that line it stays with you forever!
