Oh So Sweet! You captured the essence of Shuichi, his optimism, strength and sheer stubbornness that keeps Eiri by his side. You really showed how Shu doesn’t just love Eiri blindly, with no clue to his flaws or insight to his motives, but completely, flaws and all, with a growing awareness of not only what make him tick, but how well they tick together.

Loved Shu’s realization that he is, indeed, the strong one of the pair. It is that inner strength of Shu that fascinates me, and makes him, as you say, the true hero of Gravitation. *ducks bottles thrown by Yuki fangirls*

'It did not matter how many Yukis or how many Eiris were hidden in that beautiful body. Shuichi would learn to love them all.'-The sweetness of these lines and the naivite of Shu's thoughts make me pity Shu-kun even more since we know what is going to happen to him in the near future. And this is one of my favourite scenes as well (Yuki was, as you said, surprisingly gentle)!:)
