god damn it! i love this dang it story! it is epic i tell you...just epic!...i totally am hooked and reeled in to this story and i wouldn't have it another way...your writing is just beautiful and the way how your portray Akira and Ryo is just perfect...i knew this will be good if you continue after waiting for the rain and i am not disappointed...I was wondering why you chose Light's name as Akira because Akira doesn't really match Light as Ryo's name does to L...but that is until I came upon KIRA...bingo, the inspiration started pouring in...the plot is very intriguing too, Kira going after Akira because of his soul (Light)...Matsuda's reaction to seeing L was priceless, i reread that part over again because it was too cute...and it looks like Matsuda knew that L and Light were an item back in the days...but i just can't wait to see Akira and Ryo expression when they are told they are reincarnation of Light and L and that they use to be an item...i wonder which one will surprise them more?...i just have to say that I love that talk between Matsuda and L about how L and Light found each other so soon...i reread that part again because it was so true and they are destined to be together this time…I wonder if Matsuda and them will use Ryo’s help to solve the case since Ryo is L and L is very smart…another speculation is who is L? is it Near? Or someone else? Can’t wait to see this mysterious L…and again I just love this story…and I do so hope you will update soon…because I am dying to see the secrets revealed….i see there is 30 chapters planned and we are only on chapter 15…it is still a way off…I just can’t wait…so please update soon...LOVE THE STORY! .

I really like the little flashbacks that you put in about Akira's mom and dad. They're so cute and they show how Megumi's changed (but hasn't really, judging by this chapter)

It says on your profile that you're planning to put more of the original DN cast in, but you know what would be really ironic? If Mello!reincarnated and Matt!reincarnated had made their way to Wammy's (again) somehow and Mello was Near!L's successor. That would be hilarious if they remembered. Mello would be distraught... *driftes off into little fantasy land involving Near, Matt and Mello... can you tell they're my favourite characters?*
