I lost track of this story for a little while, and already it has blossomed from a quick prologue to a wonderfully intriguing story in the making! The interactions between the characters are just right. I loved Peter's attempt to keep Caspian awake, and also Caspian's response to his inquiry. "Lucy is a beautiful and very wise young lady, but a little young for me." Even injured he manages to retain his wit... :-)

your story is well done so far. It's realistic to have problems over divided will have his hands full and will need all the help he can get. Good job so far.

I love how Edmund was finally able to fine Susan and Lucy with Aslan's help.

I like how they were all there waiting for him and that the cordial helped him heal, even though he still needs sleep.

I love the Caspian/Susan parts.

I also love how Peter made that statement about getting Caspian to be a good king.

I'm glad I could help; I like being useful. On that note, in your third-last line you'ves spelled "throne" as "thrown".

Also, I particularly like how you've written Susan in this, she's NOT taking over the scene (as she does in so many such fics) and yet is still obviously worried. I also like Lucy's brisk capability when dealing with the wounded and Edmund's heavy-hearted teasing in the end.

I'm glad to see you're updating this story frequently. I loved your acknoledgements to the movieverse, with Peter still wanting to be King, and asking about Caspian's relationship with Susan. I look forward to reading what will happen next.

Not bad; you're taking a very realistic approach to the aftermath, and I like that. My only comment is that if Caspian had severed an artery - and offhand, I don't think there are any that close to the ribcage - he would have died before returning to camp. Better, I think, to have it just be a very deep slice. If you don't want to edit, perhaps you could have someone point out that Peter's not a healer and made too big a jump to conclusions.

Oh wow. I'm glad that Edmund confided in Trumpkin. I hope that he can find Lucy in enough time.

I love the conversation between Peter and Caspian, very well down. I liked how Peter gave him advice on how he handled things. I hope Caspian will be alright and that Peter can try to keep him awake.

I loved how Peter asked about Caspian's intentions toward his sister and Caspian responded with Lucy too young, that was great. But I love how he wasn't sure if anything would work with Susan.

Wow that was a close one for Caspian, and apparantly still. I love how Edmund was able to get there and save Caspian.

When Edmund went in and Peter immediately sprung into action it fit the characters so well. I love Peter, Edmund and Caspians' interchange in the tent.

I wonder if the sword was poisoned? I hope Lucy can get there quickly. I can't wait for the next chapter.
