*sigh* honestly I am getting tired of these stories whee Naruto was actively searched and physically abused, and that term is Light compared to what is described here and in many other stories. It's FUCKING stupid and illogical. The reasoning given during the beginning of the story was so stupid and illogical you would think that Narutos parents were straight up brain damaged. Seriously... Condemning your only child to abuse and loneliness specifically during his childhood is FUCKING stupid. The reasoning for the first portion, being that no-one can know of his heritage because of assassination I could accept, BUT to actively stop anyone from adopting the child is FUCKING ridiculous. It's not like him being adopted actually risks anything. He still lives a normal life despite being a jinchuriki, and still keep his heritage a secret. Again stupid and retarded.

I'm tired of posting this type of rant again so I'll just end it with my sheer hatred for fanfic writers who somehow think that the Canon childhood of Naruto wasn't dark enough and adds this physical abuse bullshit, which goes so far that not only will it have broken a child at the fucking age of 6 but makes the journey towards being recognised as the village fucking pointless. Why? Because the actions of the villagers are so harsh that in my opinion they just become irredeemable. This sort of story only works in a Dark Naruto story and even then its only used to get cheap drama.

clearly I've read to many of these type of stories so please if you enjoy this go ahead. This was just a mini rant I've been withholding for a while and this story was just the braking point. Otherwise grammars good, better than some on this site, story well you know my POV on this, overall story structure is pretty good too, I even liked the Kushina mini story during the beginning.

yeah, fuck that. a person's loyalty (ninja or otherwise) is first and foremost to their family. period. If Itachi was going to do what he did, he should have made sure he died doing it.

oh, and Sausuke's mother going along with the plan to use him as a "distraction" by having him, a small child, tortured and mentally traumatized shows her to be unfit as a parent. and a piece of trash. if she were anything approaching a proper mother, she'd take Sausuke and Itachi and get the fuck out of that village, forever.

and regardless of the fact that it was an accident, if Naruto's family is worthy of the name, they'll be after Itachi's head.

...No group of civillians would be suicidal enough to attempt to storm a ninja compound. especially since the Hyuugas were probably especially alert, given the attempt to capture Hinata previously.

that's to say nothing of the reprisals that would be met out for doing such a thing.

had the urge to watch the viking prayer scene from 13th warrior after reading this chapter. so i did, heh.

The plot is awesome and I love how you changed Sasuke's attitude. The background and experiences of Naruto before he had family brings a whole new perspective to my eyes about Naruto's character, and I love how Kushina and Minato's bloodlines effect Naruto's life. I appreciate that the story does not have plotholes and gaps! I am loving this story!

Great chapter, but the Sakura pairing just ruined it. I'm out. Thanks for the good read though.
