just found this story and loved it. it would be rather interesting if you made a short sequel to this of desmond gaining access to the tech once more and bringing Altair back for another visit far later in life after his timeline, or perhaps brind Ezio forward after he speaks to Desmond and let him actually see who he is acting as a prophet for.

It'd be interesting if, when Altaïr got the apple, he realizes that this was not a dream after having studied the apple for some time. Just some food for thought.
I read this story awhile back, and I came across it again today; I ended up reading through the whole thing again. One of my favorite parts is when Altaïr flips Vidic the Birdy. XD
