I just caught up with this, and I just wanted you to know that it's really really good. The reactions of the characters are realistic. Nami and Sanji aren't just happy go lucky all the time, they struggle, get depressed, and feel the difficulties too. Thanks for writing this!

As saddened as I am though, I understand if you both are done with the story. As you've said, things happen and people change. As readers, and ultimately strangers, we don't have a right to judge or dictate what goes on between you two.
None the less, thank you for your absolutely amazing work, this is literally the best story I have ever read on this site, and even if it's unfinished it was an absolute pleasure of mine to read it. Best of luck to you both, and even if it isn't this in fic I hope to see more of your writing in the future :)

I just imagine that there isn't a happy ending to this since the story is discontinued at a sad part. Luffy is stuck with his gramps until he dies and he and Zoro never see each other again. Despite that, I really enjoyed this fic and was really disappointed after that announcement. I was so pumped for DD2 :(

But those 35 chapters plus the extra 4 were the best fanfiction ive read in about five years. I was up till midnight reading it. then i had to go cheer myself up but still. IT WAS AMAZING. Ithank you for your had work. And wish you luck on watever else you do.

I am sorry that you're not going to continue Dramatic Differences. It was one of my favorite stories and I was very interested in how you were going to finish it. But, if you're not interest any more than its probably better that you don't. It isn't fun to write a story you are not personally interested in. I was wondering though, would you mind if I wrote my own take on the rest of the story? I probably won't do it any justice, and I would give credit to the story idea to you, but I just had a neat idea I wanted to try. If you don't want me to that's fine, but I hope you will consider it. I have to say, first thing I thought when I saw there's new chapter was: "Yay! they're gonna continue writing it after so much time has passed!" but then I realized, that it's most unlikable to continue after so long, so when I opened the new "chapter" I wasn't that much surprised. Yes I'm disappointed but it has nothing to do with me, your friendship/relationship is your business and I can only say I'm sorry it fell apart.
I really enjoyed your fic, even if it was sometimes really hard to continue reading due to the heavy subject and happenings in it. But it was interesting and I've never seen anywhere else the characters portrayed like yours :).
I'm sorry but I have to ask: Did you ever consider to give up the story for adoption? Not that I would dare to continue it, but maybe somewhere over the there would be a writer capable of finishing it the right way. I don't know. It just came up in my mind, when I was going through some summaries. If you'd consider it or immediately dismiss it is entirely your choice I didn't mean to tell you what you should do :).

Hi, I wrote to you in DA once, asking for this fanfc to be continued (politely, I think).

I just happened to take a look in the newest updates of this fandom and found this note. It was such a surprise, I though this fic was finally being updated :(

After reading this, I'm not going to ask you again to continue writting, I just wanted to say thank you to you two for creating such a wonderful fic. I enjoyed every chapter I read. And although it's so sad that it won't be continued anymore, I understand your reasons.

Like you said, I'm going to use my imagination from now on :)

I've actually read this as well as your previous story many times in the past and I keep hoping you pick it back up. The plot is excellent and flows seamlessly. I would ask to adopt it, but I'm not entirely sure I could do it an ounce of justice. The way you've taken this new and inventive idea and made it rise out of thin air is absolutely amazing. I have read many stories on this website. Coming across someone like, someone with your talent is a rarity and a privilege. Even though I'm still sure I won't do as wonderful a job as you have, I would like to request to build off your story idea. Either that or I must implore that you continue writing this piece. When are you going to get back Dramatic Differences, either main story or the journal one. By the way, Don't make it a tragedy. Maybe have Zoro take down gramps hard, and carries a clingy Luffy away from that hell. After they full on kiss and admit their love for each other.
