Aaaahhhhh! I LOVE THIS. You matched the characters PERFECTLY. I wish the Doctor was a tad meaner though. :p Ok, maybe not MEAN, but a bit grouchy, yeah? I love Donna as the wardrobe. xD

Okay so I read the whole thing on my iPhone...AMAZING story plot/deal!

The Doctor Who characters are very well placed in the Beauty and the Beast format...Jack? The town hunk? haha Perfect. A very wonderful setting for Sarah Jane. And Donna? Oh. My. God. I had to stop reading for 5 minutes because I had to catch my breath from laughing so hard. That was perfect. Who better to be the wardrobe than Donna Noble? lol

As for the story...my only complaint is minor repetative wording, sometimes the sentence flow isn't so flowly...but otherwise fantastic! Keep it up! I look forward to the following chapters!

wow. you've actually merged beauty and the beast with doctor who. and succeeded. i'm truly amazed. or, maybe, i'm just so tired that anything half-decent seems really good. I prefer to think that the story is just really good.

*snorts* i don't think Donna will allow the Doctor to not speak to her much now that Rose is around. i can picture her useing her doors to knock him out if he hurts Rose's feelings. the breakfast scene was so like the Doctor. update this soon

I agree with half the flamers and have the praisers. This has great potential as a fun read for people who are not die-hard cannon fans. I traditionally am, but a good disney/DW mix could be fun.

Now the critique:

I think if you got a beta, most of this could be fixed. You have shallow ideas/dialog, that if taken to the next level or two, could be fantastic. Your grammar is occasionally off and you do not have varying sentence structures: they all seem to be simple.

As for characters, I agree w/ the idea of an evil villain cursing the Doctor (the Rani perhaps) and also with the ideas of modernization: Jack flirting w/ both sexes etc.

The characters do not really fit their onscreen personalities and you try too hard to make it like the disney movie. Take some liberties, change it up a bit- i personally don't like how we bring in that he's an alien. Perhaps he was a time lord but his curse was to become human?

I know this is a long critique, but you have such potential with this. Try getting a beta, re-doing and reposting this and I promise all those flamers will go away (and then come back loving it). Good luck to you and i hope the advice helps

Hmm, I wonder how the story is going to end...Rose and the Doctor falling in love, perhaps?

Maybe I pointed this out before, but this isn't even a real Doctor Who story. It's simply BatB with Rose playing the beauty and the Doctor playing the beast. Sure, it's cute and sweet, but it's meaningless to anyone outside the target audience of fanatical Rose/Doctor shippers.

You just had to do it, didn't you? 'something she wasn't s'posed to see.' Okay, I WAS going to let you off and not push you to update, but NOW I've changed my mind! lol good as before, if a tad bit short. :) MORE SOON SO I DONT DIE OF CURIOSITY! lol
