Beautiful fic! I'm so glad I found it and had the chance to read it. It's a perfect balance in what I love in Inuyasha fics, and my heart has a special place for the coming together 500 years later. 3

Oh my goodness this story is hands down amazing! Heart wrenching, and oh so bittersweet at times. I absolutely fell in love with the line “a kaleidoscope of feelings surged through her.” And I fell in love with these characters all over again. The growth in not only InuYasha but kagome and shippo just makes my heart so happy. Miroku and Sango’s gift had me in the happiest ugly cry I’ve experienced. It was so simple and perfect. I love this story, this is definitely going in the vault as one of my favorite FanFictions.

I don't even know if you check this anymore but I needed to write this. I stumbled across this a long time ago and ever since I haven't been able to get it out of my head. All of my day dreams, musings, past drabbles in authoring my own work have been touched by this one. After years of exhaustively searching for this, I'm so pleased to finally stumbled back across it. I really wanted to read it one last time before I could stop with fanfiction, and it seems I was looking in the wrong direction all this time. I really cannot express how I much I searched for this fic, I really do mean 3-4 years of cycling through everything looking for it, it's been a source of ample frustration for quite some time.

I want to thank you for this story that I have treasured for so long, I was really young when I first read it (maybe 14-15) and it altered my thinking a bit. I always thought it was a shame you didn't get more feedback on this, and I wanted to send this your way.

This is actually my third time re reading your story. This plot is one of the most interesting and intelligent set up among stories on this site, I can't imagine how you managed to execute such a brilliant, complex idea in such a beautiful and coherent fashion, this story is absolutely one of my all time favorites. The interaction between inuyasha and kagome still gives me butterflies, so well written !

I just finished reading this and its just so beautiful! The way you tied in the past with the future was wonderful!

Although your Inuyasha was a little too sweet (seemed kinda OOC although this last chapter about him wanting to recreate the moment to get Kagome-Kazi image out of his head was spot on LOL) I still enjoyed reading about him! And I also really liked how you had Inuyasha and Kagome's subsequent relationship progress! I liked how they had some struggle in their communication, its such a typical Kagome-Inuyasha thing LOL!

And Sesshomaru and Rin. I like how you left subtle glimpses over how deep that relationship went. As much as I adore Sesshomaru and Rin, I always thought that them ending up together wasn't that likely. And I liked how you had it play out here.

And Shippo! I loved how you had Inuyasha eventually adopt him and the scene with him-Miroku was cute! I wish we saw more of Shippo interacting with Kagome. She basically was his mom.

Going back to Miroku and Sango, I'm sad that they didn't get to see Inuyasha-Kagome reunite and live together happily with them. But at least they still had Inuyasha!

All in all, a great fic! Definitely enjoyed reading it! :)

Just hard to read really... in the end.. inuyasha is the one saying 'i'm sorry', smh. why can't i get something where inuyasha actually smashes some heads. Oh he pulled a door off it's hinges, og that's so scary!.. not.
