"All for Katara."

That was the single most powerful sentence in this whole story. I just re-read this chapter and realized I never reviewed it. I was in the mood for a story that didn't have a classic fairytale ending. I found one lol. I think this story is done, no sequels. It has a wonderful ending and I think that if the side stories of Zuko and Toph, Sokka, and Haru are in need of telling, then go ahead, but I adore this one.

i LOVED the beginning. espeically the part about her being his in death.

the water spirits reminded me of 'o brother, where art thou?' the 'go to sleep you little baby' part.

makes me nostalgic of lotr.

Ouch, poor Katara, even if she did kinda deserve it. XD

So Haru is going to make some major life style changes, well I just hope he finds someone who loves him for who he is (I can think of at least one waterbender who might be interested), although revealing his intentions right after bathing with the other guys, wasn't really the best timing. ;)

I glad that a little bite of Sokka has set Momo on the road to recovery, but sadly I guess it's a wee bit late to do anything for Appa. :D

I have really enjoyed this story, it's ploughed a somewhat darker furrow than most, but, as usual, you have lightened it with just the right amount of humour. So thanks for sharing it with us. :)

Oh, and Toph's doubts about her condition, plus the unresolved threat of Aang and Katara, leave me hoping that you will be inspired to write a sequel at some point.

i enjoyed it imensly, even though it was really dark. it was a great story. poor haru, he went through so much, and all for nothing. and poor katara and aang, to be that lost. but great job and i love toph and zuko. )

That chapter was EXTREMELY emotional.

I have mixed feelings toward Katara. I mean everything was in a way all her doing, but then again, it almost seems that she didn't have a choice. I still love the idea of a rouge Aang, and in this story he was, at least to me, like a walking heart break.

I loved the rush of emotions.

Saddness, pity, fear, and dispear all combined into one.

Entertaining is a weird way.

We all need an emotional roller coaster once and a while and this story does it well. :)

Still, it was powerfully written, and I appreciated the way that you had Sokka be the one who did what needed to be done. It's really saying something that you managed to make me feel sorry for Katara who, despite being an evil bitch, has just lost everything.

I only just realised how well your desciption of Aang's fall, fits in with the shows finale, as if he was corrupted by evil when he used spirit bending on Ozai. :)

I hope Toph and child will be alright, and that Sokka will be able to rid himself of those black tendrils.

first off aang, don't use the word 'my'. children belong to mothers! especially when still in the womb. all you did was donate one measley tiny little sperm. and btw, just to be a bitch i'm gonna call you unmanly. why? well in the oldest traditions of every single civilization that has ever existed, it's important to have male babies, espeically first borns. many civilizations even threw away baby girls. and you did not have a boy! (btw, men determine the sex of teh baby you jackass so don't be blamin the whore).

that was soo sad! i almost cried, would have cried had i read it yesterday, but great chapter and love the fight. poor katara but she did deserve it. poor toph, zuko and sokka who had to go through everything. great chapter and great job!

I would have never thought of a story in which Aang went completely insane and dark. I have to say I LOVE IT! I cant wait to read how it ends!
