katie janeway chapter 3 . 2/19/2018 I am on a fluff kick right now and thankfully, you have quite a lot of it! |
drumboy100 chapter 3 . 9/17/2016 Very nice-perfect pacing, descriptions, etc. Your interpretation is much more accurate. Ironic that Frank and Nancy can solve every mystery except the mystery of their own feelings... |

NED RULZ 42 chapter 1 . 11/25/2008 omgosh that waz a pretty good story me personally dont like the idea of nancy and frank. |
niver chapter 3 . 9/22/2008 Totally loved it. Your portrayal was really good, and I totally agree with your comment at the end. Though honestly, one thought was really stuck in my mind: the episode of Boy Meet's World, where Eric knocks himself unconscious while trapped in a car with this girl, and since it was really cold, she later told him they warded off hypothermia by getting naked and bundling up together. xD |
Li'l Albatross chapter 3 . 7/19/2008 I like your version so much more than the book's. :-) Thanks for sharing! |
pedal chapter 3 . 5/27/2008 Oh god. That was wonderful in everyway. I love mentally and physically torturing my main characters, too. And reading the like. Like I probably said before, that needed to be written. The book was so satisfying until they decided to be ridiculous about their established relationships. Maybe I hadn't noticed before since Ned found them hugging at that point in the book. That was so well executed. I was going to start my own Last Resort filler, but I'm so glad you beat me to it. My ideas (or lack thereof) paled in comparison to all you've done here. I'm amazed. |
Roswalyn chapter 3 . 5/26/2008 Okay, I know I'm ridiculously slow in reviewing, but better late than never, right? :) And there's no way I could let this story go by without reviewing each chapter - it deserves every review it get and more! This was such a perfect way to end this story. You opened it perfectly, with the dialogue between Ned and Chester. Interesting that Ned is the only one who doesn't seem to really like the man. But still, given Ned's current state of mind, it's understandable. I absolutely loved how you handled the interaction between Nancy and Frank. You have a way of making me feel Ned's pain while simultaneously rooting for Frank and Nancy. Truly brilliant. And the ending that you gave this story is what I wish The Last Resort would have given us, rather than the brief two paragraphs of "I love Callie" and "I love Ned". Your story was a much more honest, realistic portrayal of the dilemma that Nancy and Frank faced in this story, and throughout their friendship. Wonderful job, as always, and I can't wait to read more from you! (hint, hint) :) |
Roswalyn chapter 2 . 5/22/2008 I cannot tell you how much I absolutely LOVED the image of Joe carrying Nancy out at the end of this chapter. The sincere love and affection that these two have for each other is wonderful, and you've captured it perfectly in such a simple scene. Nancy's upset, and she trusts Joe to take care of her, even more than Ned. Which makes me feel sorry for Ned, truly. Not only is Nancy completely ignoring him in her distress over Frank, but she's allowing Joe to comfort her and help her out of there instead of Ned. Poor Ned... And yet, I'm so happy for all of the love between Nancy and each of the Hardys (in different contexts, of course), that the pity I feel for Ned is very fleeting. :) Amazing writing, as always! |
