You know, I think Petunia might've even turned out okay if she'd just had someone to talk to and understand her. Her rant about Lily, and not being normal, and being left out - and Snape's memories - I don't think she need have been a hopeless case as everyone wrote her off as being.

You know...it always felt wrong to me how Petunia could hate a baby she raised, and how Dudley wouldnt be friends with his cousin he lived forever with. This makes things feel a little bit more alright I guess. Itakes her seem not entirely heartless.

I have no sympathy for Petunia and maybe I am biased but her soft side is too late and insignificant. However this is well written. I like it.
