Um, no offence but it is very hard to understand because of your grammer. Do you need a beta reader?

With what I've gathered from the info given in the story, It does make alot of sense.

Although, it would make for a better for your story if you add some of the things that Harry can do that "Anti-Harry" can not, like magic.

(He could use wandless magic if you like.)

Or give him some elemental jutsu.

Well, certainly there are a lot of Harry Potter and Naruto crossovers, but here; you plot is certainly unique and original. Sure, there are some grammer mistakes here and there (I mean, everyone makes mistakes. Plus my story? Don't have a beta. xD) but the plot makes up for it.
