You HAVE to update. I'm serious. First of all, this story is so good, but there is another, longer reason.

Before I had an account, I read this. And I liked it. And then, about 4 months ago, I had a craving to read this. And I looked. And I looked. And I looked. And I couldn't find it. It was torture...I spent hours combing the archive for this, yet this remained more impossible to find than the girl in Fall For You (...I know, I'm weird)...and then I found something similar and I asked the author about this. They gave me the title and I went off to read it. And here I am. And I need an update or I'll go mad!

So update, please :)

I've been reading Adulation and when I glanced at your profile, I saw that you had written this as well. This is wonderful, and I hope you know that. I don't ever review stories here, but you have such a beautiful prose, I felt I had to say something. The intimacy between the two girls is so soft and gentle. I would expect that it would progress further since the two are starting to feel slight sparks. I'm loving Adulation, but I do wish you wouldn't forget about this completely. You're a wonderful writer, and this has certainly captured my interest.

I have an idea for the next chapter, the focus point- Elphaba has come of age to go to college. Will the feelings developing between Galinda and her prevent her from going? Who knows?

This fic is so high in the list of cutest things I've ever read. The first couple of chapters were too cute for words; I adored little 5-year-old Galinda so much, and the interactions between her and little Elphie were wonderful.

I also love the complications and changes between them as they're growing up and I'm really, really looking forward to reading more of this.

Hmph. I quite like them grown up and beginning to fall for each other if truth be told...

But... I was enjoying all the fluff when they were young!

And I think you could have added more in places, for example made a little more of the first day at school. But that's just my opinion. I still like it the way you've done it; but I preferred the way you put more description into each incident, the way you did with the first chapter.
