Emily knew she was completely busted and resigned herself to just confessing what she thought was in Lorelai's best interest. Ultimately, her intentions were to make it easier on Lorelai but she was wrong to go behind her back. Her quiet confessions shows that maybe she realizes now what a huge mistake she made. I can't wait to read more! :D |
