Wow, this is the most beautifully written story I've read in a while and this sentence was just one of the shorter phrases that stuck with me. So simple and yet so elegant... I really, really loved reading your chapters. I was majorly disappointed with the show when we didn't get to see Laura and Bill reunite after New Caprica (especially since I was waiting for that the entire time), so thank you so much for sharing this beautfiul version of that scene with us! How you describe Laura and Bill's thoughts and feelings towards each other is simply amazing!

Other methods of persuasion?! There's more?! Your descriptive writing is reallly amazing and I can't tell you how much you transport the reader into the scene so that it feels like one is right there with them, going through everything they're going through.

I liked this scene and how the little movements, like his leg warming her cold feet, make such a contribution to your story and scene and really put across how they are all feeling.

You've got a really good thing going here, the build-up is fantastic and the internal dialogues for the characters are really well written. It's nice to see Tory written in a different way in terms of her characters and emotions.

Can't wait to see how this all turns out!

This is such emotive writing that you can't help but get carried away as you read! There are some really nice, long descriptions here that really portray LR so well given that her reactions were never really explored but you do such a great job here writing it!

Great chapter. I'm glad that Bill was able to make Laura understand that she shouldn't carry all this guilt around. I also thought it ironic that Baltar the weasel saved her a second time not because he really wanted to but to serve his own ends. Thanks for sharing and I can't wait to read more.

Wow, yet another wonderful chapter. I just love the character of Laura on the show, a fantastic mix of strength, humour, cunning, diplomacy, intuition and faith and you've captured her wonderfully.

I was a little surprised, however, by Bill's reaction to her loss of faith in him, I thought he'd be more hurt by it, that he'd feel more guilty for leaving her after hearing how much it hurt her. Thinking about it now, though, I'm wondering if you saw it that he'd already forgiven himself and had returned to rescue them and so had let go of his own feelings of guilt? Or maybe he was just being strong for her?

Anyway, that was just a small thought I had, overall I loved this chapter and can't wait for more!

I just discovered this story and read all nine chapters. It's very well written and it makes sense that Laura was tortured on New Caprica. Thanks so much for sharing and I can't wait to read more.

Awesome, awesome chapter. Awkward as this is, I loved the torture. Obviously not for the pain inflicted upon our Laura, but for the seamless way you melded her visions of Bill with D'Anna's torture.

Oh no, she gave up! Now what? Um, how long can we expect for the next update. I know, I know, I'm impatient. :)
