I like it. Most of people will probably say it's been described so many times... but your story has this "something" that makes it really nice. Thanx a lot for sharing.

Words hardly begin to describe this fic. It's so moving and so quintessentially Snape and Dumbledore. Rowling would be pleased to come up with a scene of Snape's first few steps towards redemption herself.

This is wonderful scene writing. Powerful because there seems to be some unexplained backstory lurking around. Several lines hinted a potential Snape/others romance. Tons of potential with that kind of storyline if Snape's DE involvement is somehow responsible for her fate. I could definitely see it as part of a larger work and look forward to it.

Oh, wow. This was a simply lovely, wonderful fic. It is exactly how I saw Snape after GoF. Your descriptions were right on and the characterization was perfect, and I don't use "perfect" lightly. Beautiful job.
