Good drunken Maurader story with a twist. I doubt the map is a true horcrux. Killing spiders, they created ... well they created something. But no, I don’t think it’s the kind of thing where you can just wing it. That’s pretty much what they did. It was too easy.

For all people in the comment section that say that James and Lily couldn't have died because of Horcux a very good reason for their death is because the horcux was not the same with what Voldemort did. They didn't kill an innocent to create it and I don't think that a few words spoken when their were drunk is enough, like Lily said it is too simple.

Maybe it was not strong enough to stop them from dying but after sucking the life force from someone it had enough power to bring them back to life.
